The Chuck Hub for the three-blade cutter is made of steel and painted to prevent corrosion and rust. This hub is used to secure the three flex/curved cutter blades. It also has a pressure adjustment nut to hold the blade in the pinned taper cone.

Included is a grade-5 bolt and nylon nut to secure the hub to a hydraulic root cutter motor drive shaft. This 1”ML chuck hub even has two shaft connection adjustment holes to allow universal use on any manufacturers’ hydraulic root cutter. The 5/8” LAT chuck hub connection hole location is standard in the industry.
