Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250 (within the continental U.S.).

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
