📦 Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $250 (within the continental U.S.).

  • ⚠️ Important Shipping Notice:
    Due to the oversized or heavy nature of certain items, additional shipping charges may apply. After your order is placed, we will contact you with the exact shipping cost based on your location and order details. Your order will not be processed until the additional shipping fee is confirmed and paid.

 

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
